Good suggestion, my recommendation to all those who are looking to hire SEO company/experts....ask for real proof's and rankings which they had achieved doing SEO following ethical practices.
Ideal are those who are already in Google or an SE 1st page for industry related keywords, for Ex: "SEO/SEM Experts", "Online Marketing Professional", "Internet Marketing Experts" or "SEO Company" such terms....b/w my site/blog are on Google 1st page for all above keywords. :-)
